How to help us help you have a more spectacular wedding. An easy guide to what we need so we can provide marquee letters with lights for your big day.

Wedding Day

Wedding season is in full swing and we are happy to help add a little something extra special and make your day a little more exciting! We still have availability for weddings during the fall. If you haven’t booked your marquee letters yet for the big day, there is no time like the present! You can book with us directly through our website or reach out to us if you like. We are happy to schedule either way.

When you reserve your letters you can choose to pay at the time of booking or pay at a later date. It is important to us that we are able to be a part of your special day and to make sure we can provide the best rental experience for you. We like to reach our within a week of your event to have a short consultation, so we can discuss all the details and have a plan on how to deliver the best service!

We like to take the headache of the last minute logistics out of your hands so you can focus on enjoying your special day with friends and family. In order to do that, we will ask for the following details:

  1. The Location - And any important information about the location.

  2. The time - It doesn’t matter if it is early in the morning or the middle of the night either. If you want them early for photos, no problem. We also know the party can go on late into the evening so late pickups are not an issue for us.

  3. Who is setting up? - If you just need the letters and you can take if from there, there is no setup fee included. If you want us to setup the letters, there is a small setup fee that covers the setup and takedown of the letters.

  4. Inside or outside? - Setup options vary based on whether your want the letters setup inside or outside at your event so this helps us make sure we bring the right equipment.

  5. Point of Contact for the day of - Who do we need to talk to on the day of the event to make sure we get the letters where they need to be? Sometimes this is the bride, although a lot of times they have someone else handling this on the big day. We need a phone number and name of someone we can reach out to so we can avoid any last minute issues.

  6. Power Availability - Our letters have to be plugged in to a power outlet. If you do not have power outlets at the location where they will be setup, we can provide a power box option for rent that will power the letters for the entirety of your event. If you want the letters out in a field, we can do that with minimal cords to make for great photo ops in nature.

This information will all need to be entered if you book online through our website or we will get it from you if you book directly with us.

Birthday Parties

Birthday parties are perfect for our 4’ marquee letters. Let us help you celebrate those milestones with a little something extra in the birthday experience.

Birthday parties are so much fun. We recently got the opportunity to help some folks celebrate one of those milestones in Richmond. They decided to go with the 4’ tall marquee numbers we have to add to their party experience. What about that venue!! The Richmond Area Arts Council (https://artsinrichmond.org/) has this awesome space that can be used for anything you may want to book there. Party-goers had an awesome time and a fun-filled evening, glad we were able to help and it was a pleasure getting to talk to some of the guests.
